Victoria brings a wealth of leadership insight to the pressurepoint team following an international career in professional services firms and the FMCG industry and over 20 years of experience in the field.

Of Swedish nationality, Victoria has spent most of her life studying and working across France, USA and the UK. She has worked across a variety of industries including the aerospace, banking, finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, luxury, automotive and energy sectors.

Victoria completed her Master’s degree in clinical psychology with focus on executive coaching at INSEAD and HEC in 2001. She has a BA in Psychology as well as a BSc in Business Administration from State University of New York.

Victoria works in Swedish, English and French.
