Prior to joining us as our Client Relationship Manager and delivery team member, Anup was a former Marine Engineering officer, Rescue Deep-sea diver, Project Co-Ordinator, Humanitarian Aid worker and Business Development Manager.

South Cotswolds based Anup Ravi is a very intuitive and powerful Team Coach. As a coach and mediator, he supports his clients to move outside their comfort zone, to develop a vision that fosters courage and accelerates growth.

He’s a great listener, skilled at enabling people to maximise their potential through a structured coaching process and can truly relate to so many of the challenges that his clients face.

Anup delivers a range of coaching and mediation services, from leadership and team coaching through to cultural change programmes and training courses.

He works with a wide base of clients in the UK and overseas, from NHS and Council teams to humanitarian organisations, universities, rail and air operators.
