Tim is the Founder and CEO of Leesman and the Leesman Index – the global property industry’s foremost platform for measuring and benchmarking how workplaces support the employees who use them. They are the top global authority on employee workplace experience. In 2010, Tim spotted an opportunity to develop a new technique that would properly test the ability of an organisation’s places to support its employees. In March 2020 Leesman launched new tools that would also evaluate the experience of employees working from home. Fast forward to today and B Corp accredited Leesman is recognised as the defacto Index organisations around the world to measure, benchmark and improve the experience of their employees, positioning Leesman at the epicenter of the future of work debate.
