Renowned Dutch author, speaker and coach Anouk is no stranger to personal friction. Over the years she's faced several life changing moments, has been affected by serious sleep issues and sufferered a severe breakdown. These experiences drove her to learn more about sleep, the nervous system and unconscious tiring patterns, leading to her founding the My Happy Sleeper Company. She now advises corporates on sleep and living consciously, and supports leaders, managers and emploees to wake up well rested.
Anouk worked with pressurepoint following her promotion to a Senior Management position at a Dutch media agency. This was a time of heightened stress, so the work honed in on seen and unseen frictions to empower Anouk to cultivate periods of 'flow' and navigate the complex landscape. Since then she reinvented herself and increased in confidence to move towards goals with ease and at pace.
