A former international athlete and advertising executive, Hertfordshire based Adrian Green is the Founder and Managing Director of pressurepoint GB.
With twenty years experience, Adrian specialises in partnering with senior executives, especially in (Marketing/Media/Sales and Leadership roles), vertical and horizontal teams as well as devising and delivering bespoke and cutting edge leadership, management, culture and people-development programmes. He is also a passionate professional speaker.
He has worked with clients such as MediaCom, Spotify, Iris, Vocalink Mastercard, Omnicom Media Group, Renault and Creative England to name just a few. He also works internationally working with teams in Poland, The Netherlands, UAE, France, Russia, Ireland and Turkey. Adrian is passionate in helping teams be their best and win. He played a key part in creating a winning team for the £250 million government COI pitch win for GroupM and played a similar role for MediaCom London in helping them retain their £86 million RBS account with his high performing team work sessions.
A founder member of the Association of Coaching back in 2001, Adrian blends his sharp business acumen and understanding to a clients business with empathy and compassion whilst remaining supportive yet, challenging. Currently a member of the AC UK Leadership team.
Adrian inspires people and teams to be their authentic self. To have the confidence and self-belief to find the courage to look at what’s not working and what is working, to think strategically and tactically and find new options and possibilities of moving forward and reaching objectives. He gets a real kick out of helping others to be their brilliant best.
